Caciotta

Semi hard cheese made from whole milk. It has a milky white soft paste, even when cut, with very few small holes. Crust is smooth, thin and elastic, while flavor is sweet and delicate.

Dimensions

The wheels are cylindrical (diameter 10-12 cm, height 6-7cm) with average weight between 0,5 and 1 kg.

Aging

This cheese is perfect after 7 days of aging.
